• A cancellation fee may apply for late notice or missed appointments.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if unsafe or unsanitary conditions are present.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will gladly return and address any issues free of charge.

We treat your home and belongings with the utmost care. However, in the rare event of accidental damage, please notify us within 24 hours so we can assess the situation. Casa Cleaning is insured.
